Since I was a kid, sports has always been at the centre of my life. Whether in a team or individual sport, I always had strived to be the best. Going to the gym was always a way to ameliorate my performance sport, specifically football, but my knowledge of weight lifting techniques and nutrition was limited. As I grew older and entered the working life: I had less time to dedicate to sports, my weight and body composition fluctuated, and it affected my performance on the pitch — super frustrating!!
My coach Tom is a wealth of knowledge, and he is constantly keeping up to date with his information. He was an avid competitor and sportsman himself, so he understood what I needed given my time constraints and busy lifestyle. He formulated a comprehensive plan to help me meet my goals, and I could not be any happier about my experience with Tom.
