Fenix Coaches Meet Jon
Jon is a Personal Fitness Coach who got into fitness while studying for his electrical engineering diploma. Starting for superficial reasons, it turned into a pursuit of lifelong strength that has spanned more than a decade.
Jon’s training philosophy revolves around keeping things simple in training and diet, showing that anyone eager to learn has the power to achieve their goals with strength and confidence. His specialty is equipping goal-orientated beginners to understand training fundamentals including safe, precise execution and progression to achieve sustainable results.
Outside of the gym, Jon loves to cook. He experiments with different dishes finding the tastiest recipes while keeping a low calorie and fat count – compromise, not sacrifice. He also does leatherwork in his spare time.
