We design unique programs specifically for you, taking into account your goals and your current state of health & fitness. We update your programs as you progress to get you to your goals, and we can promise that you won't get bored.

At FENIX we understand your challenges in prioritizing and accessing the foods that will fuel you to your goals, especially if you live a fast-pace and pressurised life.
Our Coaches guide you to understand your macronutrient targets and help you to make and benefit from better food choices and eating habits to stay within your caloric window. We have a large roster of macro-counted prepared meal provides for you to choose from to help you with this.
Our Fuel Bar provides delicious, nutritious high-protein smoothies that support your training during and after your workout.
